Article Processing Charges
Note: Manuscripts submitted before June 1, 2026, will be exempt from Article Processing Charges (APC).
To ensure the sustainability of this publishing model and to acknowledge the essential academic work of editors and reviewers, the journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC).
Once a manuscript has been accepted through the editorial process, authors are required to pay an APC of USD 100 for publication.
Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant the publisher a non-exclusive right to publish the article under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) open-access license, ensuring immediate and unrestricted access to the published content.
These funds are used to support editorial and peer review activities, as well as to maintain the publishing infrastructure and indexing processes.
Discounts and Waivers
The journal recognizes that financial limitations may restrict some authors from publishing their work. Therefore, APC discounts and waivers may be granted to manuscripts of high scientific quality, particularly when authors can demonstrate:
- Lack of institutional or project-based funding, and/or
- Affiliation with institutions located in regions with recognized economic constraints.
Authors who believe they may be eligible for a waiver or discount are encouraged to contact the editorial office prior to manuscript submission. As the journal’s financial capacity grows, it aims to progressively expand the availability of APC waivers for eligible researchers.
